AEN $3000 Valorant Spring Series
Introductions
With VOT coming to a close, we thought it was about time we introduced a new VALORANT event to the OCE community!
The Australian Esports Network is proud to announce the ‘Spring Series’ – Sponsored by Pinnacle Performance and Nutrition. The AEN Spring Series will feature 12 teams (8 Invited + 4 teams via open qualifiers) competing in a multi-stage event with a $3000 AUD prize pool!
This event is considered a “Small Tournament” as per Riot’s community guidelines. The Australian Esports Network is running this purely for the community with NO profitable intentions.

Event Specifics
Entry Fee: $135 per team
Max players per team: 7 (5 core players and 2 substitutes)
Match days: Wednesday and Thursday
Prize Pool: $3000 AUD
1st: $1400
2nd: $600
3rd: $400
4th: $300
5th: $150
6th: $150
Stage 1 – October 2nd – October 3rd
- ONE open qualifier with the top 4 teams advancing to Stage 2.
- Open Qualifier will be FREE entry
- Single Elimination Bracket until T8, which will then become a Double Elimination bracket.
- Best of 1’s with the qualification matches being Best of 3

Stage 2 – October 13th – November 11th
- Two groups of six teams
- Seeded by vlr.gg, other OCE events and prior knowledge of the scene in a Serpentine seeding format.
- Single Round Robin
- Best of 3
- Top 4 from each pool advance to Stage 2
- One match played per week

Stage 3 – November 17th – December 1st
- 8 team double elimination bracket
- The top two teams from each group are seeded in the upper bracket
- The 3rd and 4th placed teams from each group are seeded in the lower bracket
- Best of 3
- Grand Final is Best of 5 with the upper bracket team holding a 1-0 advantage

- The top 8 teams in the Spring Series will hold their place in the future 2022 event.
