It is with GREAT PLEASURE that we are able to announce our continued partnership with Activision, to provide third party Community Tournaments and Seasons to the APAC community. We learned a lot from our previous two seasons, and we hope the new format will assist with the growth of our region alongside the current CDC schedule.
Below you will find information on:
With the CDC (Challengers) scene moving to Cross-Play, we will obviously be following this model. AEN have always aimed to provide a fair, open platform for all gamers to enjoy competitive Call of Duty. Therefore, we will be making all Tournaments and Seasons FULL Cross-Play compatible.
We will be doing our best to ensure there is NO foul play during our Tournaments through heavy moderation of games. We will be working closely with Activision to provide any official or Third Party Anti-Cheat software to ensure the integrity of our Tournaments remain.
With the announcement of competitive Call of Duty returning to 4v4, we have made some changes to our structure to suit the old format. Season 1 will be a Double Split, Tournament style season with an updating Leaderboard to allow teams to be seeded correctly. ‘Player Points’ will be used to determine Tournament seeds, positions for Finals and eventual Divisional splits. What does this mean? Let’s summarise, shall we?
